About Keith Smith

Prior to founding Direct Digital Holdings, Keith Smith was a Managing Director. He served on the Investment Committee of Capital Point Partners, where he invested and/or realized more than $150 million in direct lending 1st lien, 2nd lien, and mezzanine investments, as well as complimentary minority equity investments. Mr. Smith is also an attorney with considerable experience in both the public and private sectors.
