This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to building a marketing organization from the
ground up at a fast-growing, high-impact company. The Director of Demand will be a key
marketing team member to drive performance marketing initiatives. These initiatives are
designed to support conversions in existing clients, channel relationships, and new prospects
through programs created to fill the sales pipeline. This is a highly collaborative position.
- Develop and execute GTM strategies to drive demand generation and revenue growth.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive lead generation program that includes inbound and outbound tactics.
- Oversee the planning and execution of webinars to drive lead generation and thought leadership.
- Manage PPC/SEM, email, and SEO campaigns to drive traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Develop and execute BDR lead initiatives to support sales growth.
- Manage and mentor a team of demand-generation professionals.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as product marketing, sales, and customer success, to align goals and priorities around website design updates, channel marketing strategy, event strategy and follow-up, content syndication, and product rollouts.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.

- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to improve our marketing efforts continuously.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in demand generation or a related marketing field.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective marketing strategies and tactics.
- Experience in B2B marketing with a strong understanding of the buyer's journey and persona-based marketing.
- Experience managing PPC/SEM campaigns, webinars, and BDR lead initiatives.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Have strong experience in Education, Travel, Energy, and Agencies verticals.
- Have worked B2B partner to and thru marketing enablement.
